What do I get when I purchase 3D Flash Animator?
You will receive:
An email containing your Registration Number.
You are also entitled to an extra registration number for a second computer.
Upgrades to future versions are free. New versions are released regularly.
You get support from our support department, or by visiting our online support forum.
Where can I find my computer number?
Inside 3D Flash Animator, there is a 'Purchase' button on the main menu. Click the Purchase button and the Purchase window will open. In the Purchase window, there are instructions, followed by 3 edit boxes. The first edit box contains the computer number. Use this number to register 3D Flash Animator.

Run the software - choose Purchase from the main menu - your computer number will be there.

I did not receive my registration email
You may not have received your registration email because:
You gave us the wrong email address
Our mail server could not send the email
Your mail server did not receive the email
Your spam filter has blocked the email
The internet was busy or broken
If you did not receive your registration email within 24 hours of purchasing, then something may have gone wrong. Please send us an email.
My registration number does not work. Why?
Occasionally, one of our customers might have a problem getting their registration number to work. The reason for this is usually because they made a small mistake when they copied their computer number into our online application form, or because they made a mistake entering their email address and registration number into the purchase window.
If you are having a problem, then please double check that you have sent us the right computer number, and that you have entered the correct email address and registration number into the purchase window. Study the numbers very carefully.
If you find that you made a mistake when you sent us your computer number, then you can simply apply for a new registration number by using the 'Update Registration' section of our website.
I changed my computer, now my program is unregistered
If you have purchased a new computer or reformatted your hard drive, then you should download and install the latest version of 3D Flash Animator from our website before Clicking here to request a new registration number.
